About us

The New Democratic Youth of Canada (NDYC) is the youth section of the Federal NDP – uniting youth under the age of 26 from Victoria to St. John’s.

On more than 60 campuses and in hundreds of communities across Canada, students, young workers and everyday Canadians are coming together behind Jack Layton’s NDP for stronger leadership, a cleaner environment and a fairer Canada.

What we do

The NDYC gives youth an effective voice in Jack Layton’s NDP – the Party that is putting the priorities of young people and their families first.

Whether fighting to improve access to education and training, addressing affordable housing or working to clean up our environment, young New Democrats are making a difference and you can be a part of it.

Get involved with a campus club or NDP riding association in your community today and help make a difference.
